INGREDIENTS:

2.5 tbsp Stress Dex® Oral Electrolyte Powder (or 1 scoop)

2 apples
-
1 cup baby carrots
-
1/2 cup oats
-
Water
DIRECTIONS:
- Mince carrots and set aside.
- Pour 2.5 tbsp (1 scoop) of Stress-Dex® Oral Electrolyte Powder into a 32 oz jar (quart) and fill with water leaving 3 inches of space.
- Core apples and mince 1/2 of an apple, cutting the remaining half and the other apples into small pieces.
- In a blender, combine remaining apples and a small amount of Stress-Dex®. Puree until an applesauce consistency is achieved.
- Add pureed apple mixture to the Stress-Dex® blend, top off with water (if needed) and shake to mix.
- Fill ice cube trays (or small cups) with Stress-Dex® blend.
- Drizzle minced apples and carrots evenly over popsicles. If desired, top with oats.
- If using cups, center a string in the middle of each cup.
- Freeze until solid, about 2 hours.
