Directions:

• Mix one dose (1 - 400g package) Dura-Start 50 into 1.5 liters / 1.6 quarts
  of warm water (43° C, 110° F).
• Administer by bottle, pail, or esophageal feeder within the first 24 hours
  of birth.
• Use entire contents when first opened.
